2023 schedule

Portland Cocktail Week is back, and we could not be more excited to share our plan for 2023!

spaces in Classes, Workshops, Field Trips, and dinners are first assigned to accepted PDXCW Students (student spaces have been filled for 2023). Any open spaces for private and educational events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis by those with Bartender Passes. Bartender Pass holders should check in each morning at the Registration Desk during Breakfast for available spots in the day’s educational experiences. registration opens at 9 am, and any open spots for that day need to be filled by 10 am. While you are not guaranteed a seat with a Bartender Pass, we often have seats available in many classes. So, come by, and we will do our best to find you space! each day varies from the next, and it is hard to predict what space may be available for these experiences ahead of time!

THE GOOGLE CALENDAR IS ALSO VISIBLE BELOW.

  • Before diving into the schedule, we ask that you carefully read this preamble, which will likely answer any questions you may have about the schedule below. Plus, these instructions will help you graduate PDXCW with an A+ average, and you'll even be able to score free breakfast and coffee each morning (thanks to our amazing partners!) if you get through this whole spiel. Let's get into it!

Every morning, we ask that our Students join us for complimentary Breakfast to start their days. Our partners at Ritual and Hotaling & Co. plan to fuel you up for an exciting day of learning while also offering fun and thoughtful activities, including a solid stretch from the HealthTender, Amie Ward. Truly, there is no better way to start your day!

Breakfast is also where you will be joining your class group to embark on a memorable and educational expedition. You will need to be at The Jupiter Hotel's Dream Tent NO LATER THAN 10 AM each day to check in for your classes.

Students are required to attend all assigned workshops in addition to all scheduled events (including breakfast!). Those with Bartender and Industry Passes are encouraged to attend all Breakfasts, Happy Hours, and Evening Events.Portland Cocktail Week's Students get access to top-tier bar education while allowing flexibility for rest, exploring Portland, and time to rest (or work!) while they are away. Students are assigned a customized schedule based on the areas of interest indicated on their RSVP, and we do expect Students to attend their assigned selections.
