CLASS: Haus Alpenz Aroma Lab

Understand cocktail aromatics with Jake Parrott, Portfolio Manager of Haus Alpenz, importer for the adventurous palate. He'll discuss "micro-dosing" agave spirits with quinquina aromatized wines, pairing gins with aromatized wines, and how the aromatics of fruit brandies (eau-de-vie) transform a cocktail or simple highball. Lunch with an aperitif cocktail at multi-James Beard award finalist Nostrana included. Q&A and open tasting at the end.
