CLASS: Jura Whisky & World Class Bars - From Tiny Island to Successful Drinks Program!

On the island of Jura, there’s just one pub. No danger that it won’t thrive. It’s a community pillar across the street from the distillery. But managing and running a profitable bar in other parts of the world isn’t simple. Join Head of Advocacy Craig Bridger and Beverage Director Dave Purcell for a dive into the history of a single malt Scotch from a famously un-get-to-able island and an insider’s look at developing and running a successful bar program. It’s possible to champion the craft spirits you love (like Jura) while navigating challenges of scale and volume. Come out for good whisky and a good chat, just as we do at the pub!
