In this session, Alex will blind taste Students through a selection of incredibly unique and unusual whiskies from our distillery in Dublin, talk through the incredible process of cask finishing that Teeling Irish Whiskey has become so well known for, and discuss its impact on our Whiskey. The casks have been hand-picked by Alex for this new educational program from Teeling, giving the attendees at Portland Cocktail Week a preview of what’s to come from Teeling in the future.
