In this workshop, we will:

*Learn how terroir, processing, and roasting influence the flavors in your coffee (and your coffee liqueur!).

*Get a crash course in “cupping” technique and how to taste coffee to get the most flavor on your palate.

*Identify flavor components in coffee and learn the language to describe them using the flavor wheel.

*Explore complimentary flavor pairings and discuss cocktail applications beyond our beloved Espresso Martini.

*Plus - we'll be bringing along some very special single-origin Mr Black expressions for an exclusive tasting and serving up some unique coffee cocktails to kick off your week.
