Portland's Freeland Distillery, Straightaway Cocktails, and Accompani join forces to educate you on botanicals, ingredients, distillation methods, and cocktail creations. You will visit Straightaway and Accompani's N.E. Portland production facility to learn terroir, botanicals, and ingredient stories. We'll then travel to N.W. Portland’s Freeland Distillery for a tour with Molly Troupe, their master distiller. We'll end the day with a specialty cocktail competition to test your new knowledge. P.S. The judges will be fabulous.
