Jupiter NEXT. Use Code PDXCOCKTAIL for a discount.

The Woodlark. Use Code MIXER for a discount.

Ace Hotel. Use Code MIXER for a discount.

The Jupiter Hotel is the host hotel for Portland Cocktail Week and the place to take advantage of complimentary transportation to and from classes and events. So, while you can’t book The Jupiter itself, you will want to stay as close as possible.

Please Note: The Jupiter is fully booked by PDXCW staff and educators and is not available for booking to those who have not received an explicit invite from the PDXCW staff.

  • We have 3 ways you to attend: Student Pass, Bartender Pass, Industry Pass. Get your pass online, then pick up your badge in person at the Registration Desk. Don’t wait to sign up at the Registration Desk or the door of an event, sign up online first!

  • Student applications for 2023 closed on July 26, 2023. Accepted students were informed in August. Anyone who applied to be a student and was not accepted will automatically be provided with a Bartender Pass. All student spots for 2023 have been filled.

By applying as a student for PDXCW, you can participate in educational tracks, attend classes and field trips, and attend all of the fantastic sponsored events (like those fun nighttime parties and activations). Student applicants who aren’t accepted into educational tracks are automatically registered for a Bartender Pass - that means you can still attend all the sponsored events. So, if you know you want to attend Portland Cocktail Week in some capacity, don’t wait to book travel!

  • Ready to attend PDXCW, but can’t commit to all-day workshops and classes as a student? Sign up for a Bartender Pass!

Designed for working bartenders, you can attend sponsored events (like all those fun nighttime activations) without participating in the education programs that accepted Students do. It is free for working bartenders, bar managers, bar owners, and consultants.

This pass gets you access to all non-private, non-student-only events. So, all those Happy Hours, Evening Headliners, Bar Mashups, and Nighttime Events…you’re in! You also get to join us for Breakfast each day!

Those with a Bartender Pass have a chance to fill empty spaces in educational classes, workshops, and field trips. Any open seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Bartender Pass holders should check in each morning at the Registration Desk during Breakfast for available spots in the day’s educational experiences. Registration opens at 9 am, and any open spots for that day need to be filled by 10 am. While you are not guaranteed a seat with a Bartender Pass, we often have seats available in many classes. So, come by, and we will do our best to find you space!
